No, the weather does not have to be dry for cleaning. However, if you require resanding, it needs to be dry.

Yes, you should move all items before we arrive. However, if you need assistance, we can help you move things.
Yes, you should tell your neighbours and ask them to move their vehicles. It would be best if you also asked them to be patient while we work and reassure them everything will be cleaned before we leave.
No, using either appliance while we work decreases the pressure generated from our equipment, and we will not gain full power, so please do not use your washing machine or dishwasher while we work.
